Regarding audio problem

hello kiran1076, have u installed the audio driver? u can find it at motherboard CD..
open the device manager (u can open it with type devmgmt.msc on search box then the click the shortcut), when u find the audio and sound device have mark (it can be question or exclamation mark) the the audio driver not correctly installed.
the step to install the driver: 1. insert motherboard CD to CD/DVD drive. 2. right the mark on audio and sound device at device manager window. choose update driver. 3. on installation window u can choose recommended or advance installation button, just choose recommended button and follow the step then your audio driver will automatically installed.

which OS? did u installed the audio driver. whethet it is reinstalled operating system or already installed.

Good day sir, most likely you need to install the device driver located on the CD that came with your motherboard.

1. Place your driver CD on your CD drive, Wait for the CD to autoplay.
2. On the menu click or choose the device you want to install, that is your Audio (usually its high definition audio for the asus motherboard.
3. Let the setup finish. your done, restart your PC.

need sound drivers

I am having zenith z755110 laptop. I am not having the driver cd for that, pls anyone can me

All you need is the drivers and they will work. Most, but not all, computer makers put all there drivers on their website. So try there first, go to the Zenith website, click on Support. They will probably ask for your model, make and service tag. The service tag is normally on the bottonside of your laptop. You should be able to download directly to your laptop. The second place is the manufacturers website that make your sound card. To find your model for the sound card, click on Start>right-click on My Computer>Click on Properties>Hardware tab and Device driver. Find your sound card in the list of hardware. Click on the plus sign to open the folder and you will see the maker of your sound card. Go to the makers website and download the drivers from there. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Please go to control panel and click Sound, Speech and Audio devices. after click on audio devices in this go to audio tabin this sound playback and recording. is enabled and hardware is available .
If yes make sure that its not muted. If no Please re-install full drivers once again.
