Hi.. My new Imate K-Jam is great but I have one small issue/problem with it! I have noticed on a few occasions every day that when the screen is off you cant turn the unit back on! The only way around is to press the restart pin button. I dont think it should be like that. It seems mainly to happen when connected to the PC or electric supply but not always. Of course when the unit is stuck in this status nobody can contact me on the phone. Any advice? Thanks - Robert
Hi...I had the same problem with mine. I sent it in for "repairs" and it came back doing the same thing. Eventually I went into the system and found that there is an option to switch the device off after 1 minute without it being used. Go into settings, you will find it there. Good Luck
