Dear Sirs:
I just got my WMK300 Professional Belgian Waffle Maker. I used it last night. I had some problems turning it 180 degrees. It seems to catch and I would have to jiggle it to get it completely turned. Can you suggest a fix for this or should I take it back to the store?

If it is out of warranty, you will need to ask for parts from a service center.
No one is offering broken, used or as-is WMK300 on ebay. Maybe you should try to sell your waffle maker on ebay as parts. Somebody must need the circuit board, for example.
Just spray the grids before each use with something like Pam, or put a thin coat of oil on them. I found it's better to spray before each waffle so it won't stick.
SHORT ANSWER IS NO . cheep made in CHINA no parts . be glad you handle did not break off , thats the common failure , another common one is the beeper stops working . and the ever fun- the wires wear through and when rotating sparks fly and flame shoots out ....... the chineese are going to kill us yet ...... good luck
