Hi,
If your electric oven is not heating then you probably have a bad heating element in your oven. This is not that hard to fix yourself...

The main fault when the oven is not heating is that the element has blown here is a video on how to change your fan oven element and the motor.
For all your fan oven element click here

The oven element has obviously failed you will have to replace it.
It is located behind removeable cover at rear of oven.
The thermostat will click as normal, as this puts the supply to the element working or not.

the heating element needs replacement.that the only solution.its common in this ovens as the heating element breaks down in between so it never heats up.
