How to clear error code SC571 on Ricoh 1232c copier

I know now SC571 is for fuser oil level to high. I took care of the issue
but error still comes on. How can I clear the message or to reset. If you can please tell me how to get to the service menu then I can clear the message.

    I did take the excessive fuser oil from the container. How do I clean the sensor, if I get to clean the

    sensor will the error code reset by it self. If you can tell me how to get to the service mode it would be grate

    I'm going to have to look this one up in the service manual.  Did you clean the sensor off as well as any excessive fuser oil?

check the oil out sensor connector.
use sp5 810 to reset this and most other codes.

How do I clear Fuser oil low message on Ricoh Aficio 1232C after refilling fuser oil bottle
At the machine. Press in this order. Clear all ( yellow button) then 107, then press and hold the pink stop button until the screen changes. You will see some icons that say Copy SP, Sytem SP.
Select Copy SP, if thats not available select System SP.
You will see several buttons. Select sp 7 Data Log, Then scroll to page 804 and select that. Then scroll to item 11. That is where you will select to clear the fuser oil count and reset it.

Hello,

The machine has no fuser oil.
Fill the little tank at the back side of the machine. If the tank is full, check the tubes, oil pump, and oil sensor.
Reboot the machine to clear the SC.
The problem will be solved

Ricoh 1232c Error SC571
SP 1-930-1 Forces the oil pump to supply silicone oil up from the oil
tank to the tank in the oil supply unit. If the oil end
sensor detects oil in the oil supply unit, this SP will not start the pump.

SP 1-970-1 is an oil removal process mode for the transfer belt.

SP 5-810-1 is a fusing reset but if the sensor isn't working properly, the code could pop up right away.
