Question about Bush WS6671 28" TV

High pitched buzzing driving me mad!

Hi, Every time I switch on the TV their is a high pitched buzzing. We tried the old bang the top of it, but it doesn't work, however occasionaly it will stop for a short period but then start again. Any ideas?

Coils and trasformers create this noises,a qualified tech will have no problem find it,You should not do it if you dont know how and where to look.

High pitched noise
I am about to post a in depth guide about how to fix this problem. It's because a capacitor inside the TV has blown which causes the buzzing high pitched noise. It's really easy to fix however and only costs about £1 / $2 to sort out.

Rca 27410tyx1 will not shut off
Sounds like trouble in the standby/power up circuit. have you tried unplugging the TV for a half hour and seeing what happens? It might start up but I think this problem won't go away. If you heard a high pitched buzzing it sounds like a problem in the high voltage not letting the start up circuit work. threy are related. The start up circuit waits for the high voltage to stablize and then switches it on.

The tv has a shorted component and that is why is making the noise,call a qualified technician to find it and dont try to use it anymore.Is not a fuse.
