My Sony DSC-T9 series camera bottom control button is acting weird. I cannot move down and the only to move is up, right and left, is there anything to fix this?

imager is going bad due to moisture. try using hair dryer to dry it out. if not flat rate to sony is around 120

Yes, power buttons do break on these cameras. Contact your local Sony service center and see how much will it cost to replace the top panel. If they ask too much, feel free to contact me at [email protected]
