My belkin router has lost all settings so I can't access internet from it

Hi, I can't access the internet from my router. I have had an IT guy out and he said I need to speak to my provider (Orange) and get all the original tech data from them as the router seems to have wiped itself. Orange have given me an IP address and told me what to do but I can't access it as I need a working computer linked to the router! Please can you help? Jane

Either a network cable from a computer to your router and configure it as Orange instructed, or else get someone else to do it for you who has the hardware, or else get a new router.

How to change the SSID & Password on Belkin.122 wireless router.

Grandkids should see SSID on their computer if it is being broadcast by your modem ( you probably have modem/ router) if they don't see SSID , your modem may have broadcast SSID set to off. If they can see it, have them enter your password. Passwords are case sensative .
