Can't remember password

Assuming you mean the 'BIOS Password', turn off & UNPLUG the power cable. Then open the case, find the little silver battery 'coin cell' battery (type CR2032) = on the moherboard, make a note which way round it is & and remove it for a coiple of miniutes.
After putting it back in, when you next power up, you will have to eneter the current time & date into the BIOS..

when you have 2 email accounts with gmail,,you must keep the
username & passwords for each email account seperate.
that's why your coming up with the first account instead of the
second one, what you'll have to do is remember the second accounts user name & password to access the second account
if you can't remember the username & password contact
gmail technical support & see if they can access the account for you
& tell you the user name & password

I forgot windows 7 laptop password, i just reset windows 7 password by the following steps,
Step1: Download Smartkey Windows Password Recovery Professional from http://www.recoverlostpassword.com/products/windowspasswordrecovery.html.
Step2: Install and launch it to any accessible computer.
Step3: Use a blank and writable CD/DVD/USB to burn Windows 7 password reset disk with the tool.
Step4: Boot the locked computer from CD/DVD/USB.
Step5: Start to remove Windows 7 password with the burned disk.
Step6: Reboot computer and login to the locked PC without password.

if you can't remember your password the only way to reset it is to reset your phone back to factory settings.

try typing in your Id first & then look toward the bottom of the menu box & see if there's a CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT & click on it & follow the prompts

Go to the link provided to reset your password. Make sure to choose "Forgot my password" and go through this program they have set up to get a new password. It may ask you the question such as "Where was your father born" or "What was your first pet's name" or whichever question like that you chose to answer when you setup your account.

1. TRY TO REMEMBER THE CORRECT PASSWORD (ANY EVENT AT THE TIME OF SETTING THE PASSWORD CAN HELP YOU RECALL)
2. CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOT KEPT THE CAPS LOCK ON WHEN USING THE PW
3. TRY TO KEEP THE CAPS LOCK ON AND TRY THE PASSWORD.
