No picture on screen

Hi, I need yor help. i cant find anything on my sansa ipod e260 screen. But there is light in middle of that circle. Plz help me. my email id is [email protected]

    I have the problem where nothing is coming up on the screen just the blue ring is lit up.... ne help??? plz let me kno!!

Hi . This can probably solve your problem:
Follow the steps
01. Sansa player freezes on the “Refreshing Database” screen STEP 1 – Reset the device

  1. Slide the Power switch up and hold it for approximately 20 seconds.
  2. Release the Power switch once the device is powered down.
  3. Turn the device back on.
STEP 2 – Download and Install the Sansa Firmware Updater.

that happens to me too. i think the problem is that your computer can't like, sense that it's plugged in, so your battery's dying out, and the computer wont charge it

you have 2 things to do : 1- if you have the warranty you could exchane it. 2- Go to an lectronic store and buy the screen seperately, take the first one off than put the other one.

If your screen is crack, you will have to contact sandisk..usually new devices come with a year of garantee..check with sandis to see if they can set up an RMA for your device...

I suggest that you hold down the power button for 15 seconds. It will reset it.
