Relay switch for power tilt for Johnson outboard motor 40HP

    I have a problem with my 1987 150hp Suzuki motor. The trim works intermittently on the 189V stratos. Attempted to use the secondary trim switch at bow to confirm switch operation. When trim working, then both switches work, otherwise nothing works.
    Also, my trim position sensor does not work, but I don't see this being related directly.
    Could a relay somewhere be bad, and where would I trace it.
    Additionally- The middle cylinder that I believe brings the motor entirely out of the water has a leak. Would this affect the trim. If so, then why is performance not always affected.

    It looks like a piece of metal inside the throttle may be broken but I don't know enough about it to be sure

Most likely the bridge rectifier in the power supply inside the radio opens, sometimes there is a fuse. If it is blown then you need to locate the reason it blew. The problem is contained in the AC circuits since the radio works OK on 12 external volts. It can be fixed.

My Bosch RS15 corded reciprocating saw only runs at about 50% power. Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.
Can be an armature (field) problem if its an armature problem the machine sounds bad and becomes hot around the body in a short time in the most worse case, but a circuit board / switch problem can even be the problem But it does not happen that fast.
Measure both field coils on the same resist and a balance over the electric commutator (collectors) of the armature
Used on an generator ?
Or was it overloaded ?
Technical bad luck can also arise just like that, you first appeal to warranty

I have a Bosch PS21 12v drill that is roughly 5 years old and has stopped working. When depressing the trigger, the light just above works but no action otherwise. No burning smell either. Any ideas?
Seems battery go out make it sure bettety outp volt it must be 11-12 v if not then battery need to replace

Bosch cordless drill PSR 120 12V will not charge up.
About the only indication if the charger is not working is when you put the batteries into the charger and no lights come on. This indicated that the charger is faulty. If the lights come on it is most likely the batteries. The best thing to do is take the batteries and charger to a Bosch service center and they will test them for you. Most will do this for free.

I have a Bosch PSR12 12V Cordless drill, but no instructions.
This drill has a keyless chuck. Put your bit in the chuck and hold the collar of the chuck while pressing the trigger in the forward position. To undo the chuck do this in reverse. You can also hand tighten the keyless chuck if you prefer. I have a 1/4' adapter that I keep in my drill so I can change bits quickly.
