The switch/receptacle pictured can be wired a number of ways. If you want to switch the attached receptacle you will leave the tab on between the brass colored screws and attach your HOT wire to the brass screw on the opposite side. The bare or green ground wire will attach to the ground screw. The white Neutral wire will attach to the silver colored screw.

I have seen this on the Quest units also. The problem is most likely in the flip up antenna connection. If you or know someone who is fairly comfortable in soldering small electronic connections it is a fairly easy fix. First, you can verify the problem is in fact the built in flip up antenna but connecting an external patch type antenna to the antenna port on the back. If the problem goes away, then the problem is definitely in the built in antenna. If you lay the GPS display side down with the flip up antenna to your right, take a small phillips screwdriver and removed the two screws holding the endcap in place. Gently remove the endcap and CAREFULLY pull the antenna horizontally away from the GPS unit. Once you have done this, you can see the antenna is actually two pieces. With a small jewelers flat blade screwdriver, GENTLY pry in between where the two portions of the antenna shell meet and separate the two pieces of the antenna shell. Once this is done, it will expose the antenna circuit board and the small brass looking antenna connector. If the problem is in fact with the antenna connector, it may be loose or come loose in the process of prying the antenna shell apart. Use a low wattage soldering iron and solder the connector back in place being careful not to bridge the solder points. Reassemble the antenna and reinstall it on your GPS. Again, if you are not comfortable working with small electronic solder connections or don't have the proper equipment, get someone who is.
Tv fell off about 3 feets or more?Yes,turn on the tv see if u getting any power to the unit?Might have broken main PCB board too.If unit still have power, check see if tv get statics screen have colors shaded in red or mutiples colors, mean the tv CRT(tv tube) yoke is dead and damages scrambles radiation.Or the tv getting power but have high pitch sqeeling noises or rattles noises,tv have the CRT-(tv tube) is crack by the neck or broken totally.CRT have damages problems or dead tv is worthless, beacause of CRT(tv tube) is dead, not fixable even that antena connector input is replaced.
I answer questions for free. I know electrical wiring. I have an image of the 66V, but it does not show the screws or color of screws.
I cannot find a manual. SO, if you can 'add a comment' to this post and tell me the color of screws on each side of switch, I can tell you with 100% certainty where your wires go.
Otherwise I will shoot wild and see if I can hit the target. 1) One side of the switch has dark-colored screws and the other side has brass screws. The Hot black wire from breaker attaches to the dark-colored screws. The wires going to Load (fan, light) attach to 3 brass screws. 2) One side of the switch has brass-colored screws and the other side has silver colored screws. The Hot black wire from breaker attaches to brass screws. The wires going to Load attach to 3 silver screws.
