When I receive an e-mail from someone that has pictures on it I then forward the message to another person but I review it before I send the message & the pictures that are on the original message are NOT there to view.E-mail pictures I receive from someone & try to forward do not go thru, just the message.

You'll receive an SMTP error or failed delivery message that includes "554 Message not allowed" when the content of a message you're trying to send violates Yahoo Mail policies. Content that violates policies includes; objectionable links, malicious attachments, or bad header information.
How did I find this information? I used my favorite search engine, Google, and entered this search phrase, using quotation marks as shown:
"Yahoo mail" "Error 554"
one way around is to open a new folder on desktop then transfer/save the pictures to that folder
having done that click on the folder then send to e-mail recipient
that opens up a new e-mail with the folder as an attachment and type in the new e-mail address then send
the problem is that if the photos are in the body of the e-mail when forwarding on, the format of the pictures is not reproduced as in the original message
I'm not entirely sure but it's highly likely that when a person forwards an e-mail, the attachments (so the pictures) are not included in the forwarded mail.
Ask the person to send you the pictures manually in a seperate mail.
If it has a lighter shade then the rest of the texts than it is very possible it wont forward successfully.Try saving the picture to your phone then sending as regular picture mail.
What you would like to say is to forward the e-mail that you received into another person, right? Here's what you need to do:
1. Access your yahoo email.
2. Open the message that you would like to forward
3. Click the forward button and type the email address of the person that you would like to receive the message.
4. Then click Send
Your Yahoo Mail (on the account which is supposed to receive the message first) has its mail forwarding option enabled. Go to Yahoo Mail, find its options page, and look for forwarding or redirection or similar and disable it.
Look and see if u have a virus program and u placed in in "overkill" which means that u turned everything on, blocked everything, and told it to stop everything. e mail blocker, pop-up blocker, " Blocker-blocker" Test: set up another e mail for yourself..any free e mail program. turn off one of the programs and send YOURSELF a link with a picture. Keep turning off blockers, virus programs until u find the problem. Then look inside program and see what u told it to do.,
Right click on the "red X" area and click on "allow images" or "view images". Something to that effect should be an option. It's simply a security measure that makes things... well... not so simple.
In microsoft outlook, clik on Tools> E-mail accounts>View or change existing e-mail accounts>change > correct outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings and press Test Account Settings.
If you receive a Task error message: ( X Send test e-mail message "Failed" ) perhaps you have been disconnected by your e-mail provider.
