Question about Jaton WinCOMM V.92 Modem
Hi, the issue can be resolved by checking the configuration of the modem. i know when you say, you get disconnected after a few min, may be the lines coming into your home are not able to support the dsl signal.

The issue can be resolved basing on the feedback from you. the possibility: if the telephone line u are using for both voice and data transfer you will be get disconnected when a caller calls you on the line. So check up with the telephone company to enable call waiting facility for you line.

Yes, our problem is that we are continutally disconnected from the internet. We have call waiting enabled (from phone company). Could this be the problem.....sometimes immediately after being disconnected, the phone will ring....not always, however. Should we discontinue the call waiting feature. Please don't get too technical with your answer as I am not very savy. Will appreciate any help....this problem is very frustrating. D.R. Heimburg

my modem drivers model DMF-336/E . D-link syatem with dialup connection.plz solve my problem.
