Hi,
My Palm Zire 31 is frozen. Won't shut off, move page or work at all with a touch.
What do I do?
I tried the recharger, but nothing
I am new to this, and do not have manuals.
Thank You,
Kim

You can sync to Outlook on the PC and then get the Outlook data onto
the iTouch. If you have a newer PDA, It's install CD has a Sync options menu item
where you can switch between Palm Desktop and Outlook. If you no longer
have the original install CD or have an older device Pocket, Copy from
Chapura.com It will move the Palm Desktop records to Outlook.
Definitely something to address with Audible
Digital Rights Management of Audible files is controlled and managed by Audible. In general the way these schemes work is to write some kind of key or token file to your handheld when you first setup your Audble account. Unless the keyfile is present, the player will give you the response you mentioned. With Audible, you can move the authorization from one device to another by deactivating one device and activating another.
In your case, you seem to have deactivated your Zire 31 somehow. I suspect that you may have put a new user on the Zire 31 and therefore the DRM keyfile is no longer part of your files on the Zire. It would be associated with the old username and no longer on your handheld.
I suspect what you have to do is re-authorize your Zire 31 using the Audible Manager on the PC.
