Since I got this watch, it hasn't worked. I mean, it doesn't tick or move. It remains indicating same time. Seconds are ticking (you can see little second arrow rotating) but minutes and hour arrows don't move.
What could be the problem if it doesn't seem to be battery-related?

are you talking about the band pins or the lug pins? most watch repair stations will have lugs and pins, and will replace for about $5...any more and you will be getting ripped off. Lug pins are a pain and unless you have the proper lug tools, you can end up scratching the finish of the watch...be careful!
