Since I got this watch, it hasn't worked. I mean, it doesn't tick or move. It remains indicating same time. Seconds are ticking (you can see little second arrow rotating) but minutes and hour arrows don't move. What could be the problem if it doesn't seem to be battery-related?

My kenneth cole watch has a similar problem. Once you set the time it works for a few hours and then it stops completely....no hour or minute or even second hand movement. Could anyone help? I've given it to the shop where i bought it from and they had a look at it and said they fixed it and gave it back to me after a few days but again it is doing the same thing. it is still under warranty and i know i can send it to the geneva watch company but then it is going to cost me 20 dollars to just send it and get it back. which apparently they don't bear the cost for even if it is under warranty which to me is BAD customer service wherein they can't even bear the cost of shipping and handling for something which is wrong with their product. anyways so if there is a solution to this problem pls help and help me save some time and money too.
The second hand goes around and around, but the minute and hour hands don't change.Kind of useless.Have reset the time and date but still nothing. My timex at least works. Is it a junker or can it be fixed?
I just bought a KC1169 via Amazon and am experiencing similar issues. While the hour hands continue to move, the second hand just stops moving. Any thougts?
