Check whether the fuse near Y-sus board is blown/damaged ?
If it is blown replace it .
If the fuse is ok then you need to change Y-sus board but it is very expensive to change it .
I would check the soldering first for any cracks, and any obvious faulty capacitors or components. It looks like the power board is going into a protective mode because of a short / failed component somewhere.
It would be virtually impossible to guess exactly where with a spot check..
Since how long are you facing the problem

Its been down for several weeks now, Just found the time to try and fix it, Why do you ask?
Checked all of the obvious before hand.... Was hopeing for a little more than that....
