Inherited coffee maker I have a Faberware ?138? Automatic Peculating Coffee Maker I inherited from my Grandparents. It's in great shape but I have no idea how old it is. It's a great little unit, but I?m not sure I?m doing everything right. The coffee is good at the first pour and weak towards the bottom. We get a small amount of grinds in our cups (normal?). We were guessing the coffee goes in the bottom part of the metal basket (when you put the top on there?s another spot where coffee could go but we?re guessing it?s no suppose to go there). Anyone know where I could download an old manual (PDF) or one that would be relatively the same since it looks like they still sell similar models?

There realy not much of a manual for this type of coffee maker. put water in to water line, put coffee in the metal basket, put the lid on the metal basket, put lid on the coffee maker, set it on the stove until it starts peculating let do it for 10-min then stop.
