I can think of two places. eBay search for
Casio LIGHTED KEY KEYBOARD or call casio and explain to them what happened and see if they can help :) Steven.

Most Casio keyboard manuals are available from their support page: http://support.casio.com/en/manual/manual.php?cid=008&MODULE= . Here you will need to accept the Casio terms of use. Then scroll down to the correct model. The direct link to the User's Guide is currently http://support.casio.com/en/manual/008/CTK4000_5000_EN.pdf . Casio also has an appendix and documentation on the MIDI standard on the Manuals page for the CTK-5000.
