Well I have three suggestions for you. First off I wouldn't recommend including personal information including your full name and address on a place such as this. There are alot of crooks out there. Second, try unplugging the television and taking the batteries out of the remote control at the same time. Leave it like this for atleast 5 minutes and then plug it back in and replace the remote with new batteries. If that doesn't correct the problem, my next suggestion is to buy a new replacement ILO Remote Control, a good site is http://www.remotecontrolscenter.com
