After using the oven, it beeps twice every 10 min. (exactly 10).
Only after pulling the power plug and resetting it will stop the beeping.
And then it repeats after the next using of the oven.
How can I reset it permanently?

Re: oven beepstwice every 10 min.
Looking at the owner's manual, it would seem that the beep is supposed to occur at one minute intervals when cooking is completed.
You may need to press the CANCEL pad to make it stop, but I would assume you shouldn't have to.
I would assume that when the control panel senses that the door has been opened, it should stop beeping.
It sounds like the code in the microprocessor has been corrupted, but only replacement of the chip would fix that.

Ours just started doing this exact same thing this past Friday - 12/11/09. What's going on? The cook power just starts beeping all by itself and going from 10 down to 1 over and over again. It may stop momentarily, but then starts again within a minute or so - it's constant until we unplug it. We plug it back in and within a few minutes it starts doing it again. What gives?
yes, at the back of the microwave there are 4 or 6 screws, take them out and then pull the cover follow the cable( the one you connect to the outlet) going to the inside of the microwave inside you will see the fuse change it with the same size, it is a slow burn fuse
Try going to the breaker box and shutting off the power to the microwave for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn back on and set the clock. This fixed my clock and turntable both. Apparently turning off the power resets the software in the clock.
May be a little late, but...
1. Press Power Level button for approx 5 seconds - you get the 12 hour clock
2. Press again for 24 hour clock
3. Set hours using the 10 min and 1 min buttons
4. Press Power level button
5. Set minutes using the 10 min and 1 min buttons
6. Press Power level button
And you are done
