Wont' turn on

Panasonic tv combo wont turn on model is pv-df 203. I turn it on and it shuts off immediately. A red light flashes on the front as well as the green light which is always flashing. I assume red light means its on program. Have unplugged tv for over 24 hrs. but nothing seems to work.
