Defrag this computer keeps trying to defrag but it only gets to about 1percent and stays there.this is my neice's computer and i know nothng about them.this is the first time that it has stayed on and allowed me to get this far

When the defrag locks up like that and this gose for any operating system your useing is because there is a program not responding to close in order to be move. You need to run another program to find the trouble before running defrag again.

Defragmentation is very long process. It will take very much time. So you have to keep patience while defragmenting your pc

Most of the time there is a problem with a program running in the backround. Disable your screensaver and restart your computer in SAFE mode. To do this when you reboot your computer hit the F8 key and you will find options, choose safe mode. This will load just enough drivers to get your machine going and may solve your problem. Also what might be better for you initially is to do a scan disk FIRST. This will fix any errors your hard drive may have then do the DEFRAG. Your programs will run much faster and more smoother

Could you give me more details like what operating system you are using and exactly where the defragment hangs (either at 1 % or 10%) give me feed back. May be i can resolve the issue with your help.

Leak from radiator area

You have to know, we have no idea where it is leaking from

You can at least open the hood,look,get under it,
etc & get pretty close to the leak

On that vehicle I think that they had some defective
radiators. My neice did. I don't remember the MFG
of the radiator

No -- they won't give you a free one or any recall

Stay away from dealers.

The light comes on to indicate it is on but NOTHNG HAPPENS! The indicator light stays on as long as it is pluged in but it never turn on.

Try a different monitor on your computer, if you get video then you know the original monitor is bad. If you still don't get video with the 2nd monitor then you know there is an issue with the computer. If you try the original monitor on another computer and it still doesn't get any video then you know for sure that monitor is bad.

Everytime I plug the mp3 in the computer turns on, but then turns stuck, what can I do?

Maybe this will help - error checking and defraging:
If your mp3 shows up under My Computer when connected via a USB cable, right click on "'mp3 name', select 'Properties', under 'Tools', run 'Error Check' and 'Defrag'. If you can't find the defrag that way, put out the question of how to defrag your model.

If the defrag is running slow and/or runs along time but does seem like finishing look at how much free space you have. If you have less than 15% free space this will not allow you to get a good defrag of the system. You might try moving some files to another drive while you do the defrag. Also try uninstalling some programs this can help too. Then after you get the system defraged then you can put the files back and reinstall your programs.

Well The reason that it is taking so long to load Windows is its in bad need of cleaning . Also there are too many things starting up with windows. Every program you download will want to start when Windows star up unless you change that.
Now the reason that is not Keeping the date and time is because the DDO battery for the bios is going back. I can Walk you thru the Disk Clean up and Disk defrag . But I would not advise you to open up your laptop and try changing the DDO battery.
To do a Disk Clean up .

Click Start.
Click All Programs.
Click Accessories.
Click System Tools .
Click Disk Clean up.

It will scan your files then a box will pop up.
check all the boxes and click next.
This will clean up your computer and help it to move faster. Now you follow the same instructions but this time you click on Disk defrag.
Click on Defrag to start the Defragging .
Do this as soon as you get the computer on desk top.

Try turning off the computer, reboot, go to start choose defragment, defraging can take a long time, I defrag at night, if after defraging, it still will not work, you don't have enough memory, try compressing programs and files you don't use much and you might want to get an external zip driver to put your music on. You can purchase one at any computer or office supply store, music takes up a lot of memory.

Webcam not working

Hi speed USB Device attached to non Hi Speed Hub.... this message appears because the USB hub controller is not updated. Try to download USB 2 driver from the following. http://www.softwarepatch.com/tips/usb2-driver.html

Another application already using webcam--- for this error message... try this.. right click my computer. Properties-> hardware tab. -> device manager. check any abnormal marks like a yellow circle or yellow question marks in the cam . also check the COM ports.
