Pull the IP and unplug it, plug it back in. When everything goes at the same time it is usually a bad connection at the plug. Also check ground wires. The can be on the steering column or behind the kick panel to the left. By the E brake. The key FOB is a different area. But can be related to the grounds.
you need to replace the fan resistor located by fan motor if not there then trace red and black power wires to locate resistor behind or under dash it wont be mounted far from fan motor
For the record, it's best to never allow the fuel tank to get that low - the less fuel in the tank, the greater the risk of water condensing inside the fuel tank.
It's probably the encoder motor in the transfer case or if your lucky the dash switch. If you search YouTube there is a video showing you how to test the dash switch with a ohm meter
The fuse should be the first place to check. If the fuse is good, check for power at the switch and the component itself with a multimeter or test light.
there is a small switch in the trim of the door if it does not gets pushed then the lights willl keep on glowing. you are suggested to adjust the door settings accordingly so that it presses the switch as desired
