Hi,
To change your toner first turn off the printer and unplug it from the power outlet. Then, lift the toner door. Carefully grap the toner cartridge from both ends and lift it up. Do not shake the toner as you may get dirty. Then take the new toner cartridge, remove any plastic covers and insert it in the printer. Close the toner door and start your pritner.
Lift out imaging unit and look down and back toward you, may need flash light, and you
will see a 5" x 1/2" piece of glass. Carefully wipe it with soft cloth. Toner gets on this glass
and creates the streaks. Often means a bad toner cartridge is leaking toner.

hello my friend, If you want to change or remove then you can remove the toner cart from your printer by opening the printer cover once the printer cover is open then remove the toner cart.

Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
