Why bother. is it a removable drive, does windows see it as a removable disc. if so, open it and just put them on that. i have some cheap mp3 players, ideal for my car cd player with a input. windows media player would not see those as well. windows media player is great, but i would not burn a disc with it instead use another program.
for copying cds use cdex or some other program, there are plenty out there. also as a player its good, but there are better. and trying to get it to sync, forget it. windows sync with an alien device. windows cannot even work properly as it is and now they got vista.
so try something else, for players just look around. as i said there are loads out there, pick one you can work with instead of windows media player.
some are better
