How do i operate speed dial on razr

The user manual for the Moto Razr V3 is at: "V3 GSM Motomanual" Motorola http://www.motorola.com/mdirect/manuals/V3c_9496A74O.pdf
Pages 68-69 of the manual (which correspond to pages 70-71 of the PDF file) state: "Calling With 1-Touch Dial To call phonebook entries 1 through 9, press and hold the single-digit speed dial number for one second. You can set 1-touch dial to call the entries in your phone memory phonebook or the SIM card phonebook: Find the Feature M> Settings > Initial Setup > 1-Touch Dial Press To 1 S scroll to the location you want 2 SELECT (+) select the location" Page 8 (page 10 of the PDF file) indicates that the symbols (represented by "M>", "S", and "SELECT (+)") mean the menu key, 4-way navigation key, and SELECT. Page 51 (pages 53 of the PDF file) explains how to store phone numbers in the phonebook -- which you can then call with 1-touch dial.

If you tell you phone company, they would most likely replace your phone for free if you tell them that its defective. T-mobile does it for sure. Hope I helped. =)

Transferring phonebook from phone to sim card

The razr that i had could only store 4 numbers on the sim card, your phone book is stored on your phone's memory not your sim. I'm pretty sure that you cannot transfer your phone book over to your sim card.

Phonebook access

i can help... i have incurred this problem a couple of times and understand the frustration! firstly, the reason why snd how this problem occurs is you have saved a number to your phonebook without a name and this causes the phone book to wig-out! to fix the issue simply press "1#". This will allow you to view your phone book in its speed dial order. Scroll through this menu until you find the saved number without the name and DELETE it. This will immediately bring your phone book back to normal. Good luck!
