I have a new computer running windows XP Home, i plugged in my cam to new computer and when i take a snap show with it the size of the picture comes out to 176x144. On my old computer using this same cam, the size was 320 x 244 or close to that. I want to know how to set the cam to snap a larger picture. When i try to resize the one's it takes now they get all distorted. I do NOT have the software that came with the cam. Why does it take such small pictures on the new computer? And HOW do I change it? Thank you so much for any help you may be able to give me. Boopie

Hi ive had the same the problem and the solution is when you download the new cs331 driver and do an "update driver" make sure you have the wizard search for the file in your temp file,if you dont it just updates the same driver you have now.IT WORKED FOR ME

Go to this link and click windows xp home; http://downloadcenter.intel.com/scripts-df-external/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=460&lang=eng The driver software for your webcam is available, and various other utilities. check this link for other details; http://www.intel.com/support/createshare/camerapack/deluxe/index.htm Hopefully with the correct driver you should be able to resize your pictures. Hope this helps :)
