I need a puk code for my orange phone - Cell Phones

For PUK codes, you can attempt 10x to enter the PUK codes in your phone. Once you enter incorrect PUK codes 10x,you'll recieve PUK blocked then what you need is to enter the PUK2. Make sure that you will enter the PUK2 correctly because if you enter incorrect PUK codes 10x,you'll recieve PUK BLOCKED error again. This time,you need to ask your service provider for SIM replacement.

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using. So, kindly call the Orange Customer support and they will provide you with the PUK code.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

As ginko correctly said above, The PUK is exclusive to your sim card, not your actual phone.
Easiest option is to obtain the PUK from Orange customer services. Call 450 from anothe Orange handset, or 07973 100450 from a landline.
Make a note of your PUK when you get it, because it will always remain the same (for that sim card)

No need to worry at all, this code is Service dependent (SIM card).
As you described your service provider is Orange, so all you have to so is to call on 07973 100 450 (or 450 from some other Orange phone)
Ask them for your code, they will first authenticate few things and will give you the PUK Code in return.

You are being asked to enter a PUK code because you put your phones PIN number in wrong three times

You need to contact Orange, is the only way to get the PUK.
Here is general Orange website.
At the top there is a box that says group sites, select your country in the box and then Sign up to manage your account online, so that you can visualize page with customer service number.

Once you get the number phone them, they will ask phone number and model number and give out your puk code.
If you post here a new request with your country we can find the number straight away.
Alternatively put the following sentence in google, you should find the number the same

orange customer service numbers

You should have a PUK number, on the plastic card where your sim card was.
Only your network service provider can give you that, if you lost the original.
