I own a toshiba r10 satellite and i have turned on the password utility and forgotten the passoword. I get this thing coming up saying challenge code and then 5 5 digit numbers and then it asks for a response code. Is it possible to get my bios memory wiped or replaced?
1. Switch on the notebook, when the boot logo appears press [F2].
"Password=' will be display.
2. Press keys in the order [CTRL], [TAB], [CTRL]and [ENTER].
The Serial number and Challenge code will be displayed. Please Note:
For some reasons it could happen that no PC Serial No. and Challenge Code will displayed instead of "Not Certified" appears. In this case remove the AC-adapter and the battery for a short time and try it again.
3.Please make the payment below or contact me
My Skype : haisung4344 VERY IMPORTANT Do not power off the computer once you provide us with a Response code. There's a unique Response code . Don't turn off your notebook, don't restart it, don't enter anything except generated Response code.

The computer is configured to ask for a password after a power up. You must enter the correct one or you won't be able to use the calculator. After three unsuccessful attempts it will lock. If you turn it off and on again you will be prompted for the password again. The solution: take it or send it to a Toshiba Certified Service Center to have the password disabled (unregistered). The service is not free because the laptop is out of warranty. And you may have to prove ownership of the computer.
I imagine you cannot login into the computer and a password on boot is preventing you from doing anything. There is nothing you can do yourself. You must take or send the Toshiba R10 tablet PC to a Toshiba Certified Service Center to have the password removed or reset. You will have to pay for the service as the R10 is old and may no longer be under warraty.
