To get in the market or in the settings screen before the error occurs to do a factory reset. I have been trying for several hours. This solution is not working. Is there any way to perform a factory reset/formatting/hard reset/ whatever with the phone turned off (combination of buttons or whatever) because it doesn't seem I will be able to get to the settings menu... ever.
Menu>Apps>Gallery>Themes>Scroll to Theme that you want to delete and press options>Delete After that you select and hold the application which you wish to delete

Here is what you have to do in order to delete/remove/uninstall (call it
whatever you want) themes from your Nokia C5-03: Menu - Settings -
Application Mgr. - Installed applications - then you will see the
installed app. in your phone, after that you SELECT and HOLD the
application which you wish to delete and after you do that a Pop-Up wish
appear written UNINSTALL in it, you then select Uninstall - YES and the
application will be removed from your phone. Use the same way to delete
songs too, just SELECT AND HOLD the song you wish to delete and the
pop-up will appear, you then should click DELETE and job done ;) Hope i

Most likely it is dead. If you tried a real factory reset, then just look for another tablet. Toshiba is not going to help you as, from my experience, they do not care after they sell you the prodcut and it gets out of warranty.
Warning Hard Reset will erase everything on your Device !
You can reset your ZTE device's password: Turn off your phone, then turn it on. Select emergency dial. Input *983*987# in emergency dial-up pad. It will restore factory settings and your personal data will be erased.
1. From the Home screen, press the Menu Key and touch Settings.
2 Touch the Privacy
4 Touch Factory data reset.
5 Touch Reset phone.
6 Touch Erase everything.
Check the picture aspect ratio. If it is different to that of normal, this kind of fault can occur. Do a factory reset to this set. It will bring all the settings to its factory mode settings.
