I was watching tv and I pressed the jump button and all of a sudden my screen went out. Every time I press the power button it makes a muffled chirping sound and no picture. I took off the back casing to see where the sound was coming from but I couldn't tell.

Hi the power supply might have shut down through overheating turn the power of at the wall socket & wait for a short time before trying again the TV might reset itself if this doesn't work its probably shut down from a faulty component. good luck
Hello Press the "Power" button on the TV remote to turn the TV on. Press the "Display" key. Press "5," followed by the "Vol+" key, followed by the "Power" button. Wait for the service menu screen to appear on the screen. This could take anywhere from a couple of seconds up to a minute or two. Press the "Jump" key three times in rapid succession. Press "2" nine times in rapid succession Press "3" once, followed by the "Mute" key, followed by the "Enter" key. Wait as the screen flashes momentarily. Press the "Power" button on the TV to exit the "Service menu" and turn the TV off.
