Coffee doesn't come out

Remove the brewer system and remove the shower screens/infusion screens. remove the bottom screen with a Phillips screwdriver its a little trick to remove but just tip brewer upside down to remove. remove the top screen by holding screen with fingers and turn the knob on top of brewer anti clock wise. its also a good idea to check the grinds and make sure its not too fine.
