How to open brothers xl2600 cover - Brother XL-2600

The Brother XL3200 does not have an option to lower the feed dogs. It came with a darning plate, part number XA3443151, to cover the feed dogs. if the bobbin stitch is loose tighten the top thread tension one number at a time & sew alittle bit & if it's still loose tighten it one more number till you get the correct stitch
