Will not cme on

Hi
Firstly - Is the cabling, mains and data cable, securely attached at both ends and the power turned on at the mains?
Secondly - If so when you press the monitor power button, does a light come on? (often orange coloured) If yes does this change colour when the computer starts its boot sequence? (often to green or blue)?
If no light can be obtained it is likely that the monitor is faulty.
If a light comes up on power up, but doesn't change colour during the computer boot sequence then it is more likely to be the graphics card that is faulty, or sometimes the computer PSU.
The easiest way to find out whether the computer or monitor is at fault is to replace the existing monitor with a monitor that is known to be in full working order, for example from another computer. (Or connecting your monitor to a computer that is known to be working)
Having isolated the faulty component it can be replaced and you should be up and running again.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

I a having a laptop-HP pavillion dv6000,RAM 1gb and OS-32bit with window 7 ultimate,a problem of colourisation.i mean the display colour has change like a spray a of colours(green,deep blue)on the normal...

Try plugging in an external monitor and see how the display shows on it. If the display is ok on the external then your LCD Screen is going bad. If it shows the same colors on the external monitor then your video graphics card has issues.

My monitor resolution colour is changed to pink.

Check the data-cable between the computer and the monitor, and try a different cable.

Or, try connecting the monitor to a different computer, to see if the video-card in your computer is not working correctly.
If necessary, replace the video-card.

Colours on your monitor are produced by "mixing" the 3 "primary" colours: red/green/blue in various proportions.

Or, if part of the monitor that produces one of those 3 primary colours has stopped working, then the resulting "mix" will have too much RED/PINK. Fix/replace the monitor.

My moniter screen has turned to blue screen and i am not able to

On your CRT back PCB thers three transistor on for red green and blue its possible that your blue transister is faulty. Try moving your cable see if the colour changes it can also be a faulty 15pin plug

My monitor changes color on it's own.

I doubt if this is related to the software you installed. Check the video lead that runs from the PC to the monitor. Sometimes the insulation becomes damaged or the wires break. With the computer on gently wiggle the lead around at one end or the other while watching the monitor, if the colour flickers then you have found the location of the fault. Also check the plugs are in firmly.
