Trying to install hp photosmart printer 8250, with disk that came with printer but i keep getting a "Fatal internal error2753.license manager DLL. A.9ED7348_7588_4531_AC25_AA2BB9869089 message. Photo gallery configering box keeps popping up over and over and my image zone gets no response at all. Please help me A.S.A.P. i use the program for business and have a dead line for the morning.

Try downloading the photos off the SD card by inserting the SD card into anUSB card reader and connecting it to a computer's USB port.
This computer should detect the SD card as an external storage device, then you can copy the photo from the SD card to your computer's hard disk.

You can download the driver from here:

Save the file to disc and then double click it to run the install process.

Go to Control Pannel and Add remove Programs
and
Uninstall the HP Photosmart 8250 Inkjet Printer Drivers
or
Click start - control pannel - System - Hardware - Device manager - Select the Printer (+) and uninstall the Drivers

then Check by connecting the USB Cable to the Computer without installing the drivers

IF its NOT SHOWING " Found New Hardware Message " - then Please make sure the Printer is on / check replacing the USB Cable - the install the Drivers

If it should show the Found New Hardware Message - then we can deside to install the drivers for the Product

Then download the Updated drivers from HP Photosmart 8250

I had same problem with hp psc 2410 all-in-one. Finally ran "HP all-in-one Series Web Release Uninstaller version: 4.1.1.00.1332 (3/20/2007) that I had downloaded several years ago. Then plug and play took over and installed the correct driver that Vista kept insisting I already had.

Download you OS version and install it.

Ok this is one of the critical issue in this printer when you try to uninstall it and the issue can be resolved in just 10 mins .
At the desktop screen you will see there is taskbar right click on that and select Task Manager in the task manager window select 'Processes Tab' and there You will find hpzstub select that and end that process >> exit out of the task manager window the installation will be completed automatically without any problem
