MY Draytek router V2900vg is not going back to Factory reset. Printer light keeps flashing (nothing connected) no wireless or LAN activity taking place.. Please help

According to this, http://www.bartek.com.tw/product/vigor/2900/doc/manual/ch20_reboot%20system.pdf
you restore the router to factory configuration in the reboot menu. One option is to reboot with the current config and another option is to reboot with the factory configuration.
If this does not work for you regarding getting the router back to factory config I'd call or e-mail Draytek. They have a good rep - high quality products and service at a higher price, so try them directly. When a factory restore does not work, only the manufacturer is left in a lot of cases, unless there are unbricking procedures,

Multimedia Audio Controller not working

Delete the driver in system tools/services in configuration, and then reboot. It should reinstall the original driver. If it doesn't, chances are your sound card is bad.

Laptop boots up then after reaching desktop it reboots, reboots..

You need to reinstall your OS as Vista is currupt.
Boot with the system recovery cd that came with your system and reinmstall to factory default.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck.

Booting repeatedly at compaq window itself,it is not takes up WINDOWS OS.

Solution 1:
When you start the system, press F8 and then select "Last known good configuration". If it does not work the first time, try at least three or four times.
Solution 2:
You can try installing the OS again but you will lose the data in your c drive.
Solution 3:
Check with the BIOS configuration, Take a note of the original configuration before you make any changes.

Computer keeps rebooting.

Hi there, maybe I can help.
As your computer boots hit F8, go to the startup menu and disable "automatic restart on system failure". Boot up and make not of any error messages.

Let me know if this helps
