Printer does not response

When power is on, printer does not response and orange led is light

Make sure the usb cable is plug corretly on the printer and the computer, also make sure that the toner cartriges are seated properly and the paper tray is also seated properly

Canon mp640 lcd not working, non responsive, orange led only.

Ok completely disconnect the power cable from the printer as well as the outlet. Then wait 30 minutes. With it still disconnected hold down the power button for 30 seconds. The plug the power cable back in and see if the same thing happens.

Have pixma150. error code e3 (paper jam) do not have a paper jam or bits of paper stuck in printer. Paper will not feed into printer no matter what i do.

Hi Everything is plugged in and power strip is on, but the printer just won't turn on. Is is a power supply thing? Worth fixing?

If it is the power supply, not worth it....
Try an EEPROM reset:

1) With the printer powered off but connected to a power source, press the Power button while pressing and holding
the Stop/ Reset button.
2) When the Power LED is lit, press the Stop/Reset button two times while pressing and holding the Power button.
3) When releasing the Power button and the Stop / Reset button (regardless of order), the printer will move into a
service mode. (Waiting for menu selection)

Colour cartridge is not being recognised after it has been refilled. tried cleaning the printer head as well as the nozzle. please suggest any solution.

Wont print error 5100

Hi,
Welcome to Fixya Support
I am Michelle, and i will be assisting you regarding the issue

Turn off printer by pressing the power button
press the Resume button and press Power button.
Keep holding down Power button and release Resume button
Press Resume button 2 times then release BOTH buttons
Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more.
