Syntax Olevia 50in Rear Projection Negative?

I tried to post this question earlier but it doesn't seem to show up.

The display on my screen makes the picture look like a color negative. Or an infra red screen!

We tried turning off the set for a few minutes and unplugging for a few minutes with the thought it might "reset" but there was no difference.

Is this an easy fix?

I have the same problem with my TV...this just started yesterday.
There is not a lot of information on line...if you hear anything please let me know.
I did see on the on screen menu that the "sharpness" adjustment bar is blank.
I can't even click on it to adjust it....

    Thanks, and good luck :)

Sounds like you have projection bulb problems. Not an easy fix as the are 3 color tubes and a complete alignment when replacing even one of the 3 tubes. Takes a lot of work.

Sounds like a power suppply problem. Not something that the novice can repair besides trying the usual unplugging and plugging back in.
