When I connect my Canoscan D646U to my computer, nothing happens. I have downloaded all of the required drivers/software off of the Canon website (I cannot locate my installation disk) but my computer cannot locate the scanner. The scanner itself doesn't appear to do anything either - no indication it is even turned on; no lights or sounds etc. It worked fine on my old computer, I don't believe it was damaged during the move to another room of my home.
Please help!
