Small leak in fuel line should I patch it or replace it if needs replacing what is the cost, also the antennae broke at the base will a small replacement one be better or replace it with an electric one

A fuel line leak is not a laughing matter and no short cuts should be taken and this can lead to other serious issues. If you fuel line is leaking you should replace the line all together. It is HIGHLY recommended that you do not drive the vehicle until you get it replaced and the chance of fire is extremely high at this point.

As for the antennae it is always best to go with what the factory has installed in your vehicle.

The metal antenna broke at the base so now the plastic chord that pushes the antenna out just spools out and dangles with the metal at the end. is there a fixed antenna that i could just replace it with?

Hi,

Yes, you could replace the antennae rod only! You could order it from your dealer parts center and have them replace it.

Thats much cheaper than buying the whole power antenae assembly.

Hope that solves your reception!

Thanks for using Fixya!

2003 Ford Focus radio antenna broken off.

Should be a dome light in the interior that lines up with antennae on roof if it's same as I remember. Remove interior light and there should be screws in there holding base of antennae to roof. If it's just a broke off mast, try to unscrew stud from base & replace.

Lost antennae reception

either the antenna is broken, or your service was cancelled. Contact SIRIUS for your account info. Did you pay to have the new radio turned on? I believe they have a $75.00 "activation fee".
