If remote control is working OK, check and replace the remote sensor inside the TV. Contact any service technician.

Hi Did you check the batteries,and if they're put in properly.
Make sure you have fresh batteries and not 2 different kinds. then do your codes again. Good luck.

You can reset your remote control by removing the batteries, pressing all of its buttons, and installing new batteries. Also, ensure that your TV's sensor is clean and unobstructed. A similar problem happend to me. Buying a new remote fixed it - for about three weeks.

Maybe your new one will work longer.

Try changing the batteries. Most times the "tivo" buttons will work but the "tv" buttons will stop working when the batteries are low.

If you have done that, go back into settings and program the remote again for your tv, then give it a shot.
