Openline is nothing but the unlock codes, unlocking means in your phone just removes the SIM card restriction on your phone so that you can use any other network's SIM card.

You cant turn off the network display on this model im afraid.

You'll have to call your carriers help line for the PUK code. (You should have paper and a pen ready)
Now enter the codes you got into your phone, and the security will be reset and you can use the phone normally.

Sir you probably have droped your phone in water...........thats the reason it displays DOWNLOAD on front display..........takeout the battery leave your phone in free air for a day or two to (Remember you dont have put the cover back)...........after two days put the batter back in phone your phone should work well now.........if problem still exists change the battery........

To reset the handset, to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:

1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
2. Select Settings (9)
3. Select Reset Settings (10)
4. Highlight, using the navigation keys, any of the following:
• All: Phone, Display, Profile and Alarm settings will be returned to default values
• Phone Settings: only phone settings will be returned to default values
• Display Settings: only display settings will be returned to default values

5. Press the center navigation key to check the box(es) of reset settings
6. Press the left soft key for OK to set the Reset
7. Enter the password, using the keypad, default password is “00000000”
8. Press the left soft key for Confirm
9. Enter the password again to confirm, using the keypad
10. Press the left soft key for Confirm
11. Press the left soft key for Yes to reset the handset's settings to the factory defaults
    

Settings > Display Settings > Home Screen

Then change the first item marked 'images' to 'Dynamic' with the left/right buttons.
