Instruction manual? We have lost the manual for these radios and as they have been not used for over 18 months we are unable to operate.

You will find the instructions for programming your radios starting on page 18. You will want to set the frequency (channel) and interference eliminator code (code) the same on all radios. For basic operation shut off any special features.

Clean your battery contacts with a pencil eraser and see if this clears up the problem. If not, your batteries may be needing replaced. When batteries get old or are shorting out this is common.
