Question about Uniden Cordless Phone exai398i

"Low Battery" I dropped my phone last night, and it stopped working. It doesn't even beep when I punch in numbers. The only response I can get is a brief "low battery" message that pops up when I push buttons. So, I let the phone charge all night, and there is still no change. Everything else works. The phone rings, and the answering machine answers because I cannot pick up! Is there any hope?

There could be, but you need to check some things with your cordless phone. Remove back cover and look at battery. Unhook battery by carefully. Look at battery and see if it looks ok, then reinstall battery to the phone. Put cover back on then place phone into recharge part of answering machine. Does red dot light up? If yes then battery charging, but if not then phone damaged or contacts on bottom of phone just need scaping with butter knife so contacts can allow chargeing. My phone did same but after scraping the 2 contacts on phone it has recharged like it was brand-new.

I have tomy classic baby monitor from a year now, from few days parent unit is beeping continiously, have checked connection and evrything and even the green light does goes red

The unit may have a back-up battery installed that is low on charge. Replace the back-up battery. The unit is probably still working because you have it plugged-in.

Maybe your phone has configured a wrong Message Service Center Number, you could compare it with another cell phone from the same company of yours.

My nokia 6760 wont power up even when on charge i had it plugged into the computer last night and it just stopped working

My 6760 beeps loudly and shows a bright white screen with the battery in the corner when i connect it to my wall charger.

Are you plugging it into the right spot? There's a cover over the hole where you plug the wall charger into.

You might have a problem with the connections to the battery/phone. Take the battery out and have a look at the connections.

Any damage to the battery (water, dropped) it may kill it. Try buying a new battery and test it before you walk away from the store. If the second battery works, check your cable and buy a new cable.

Hope this helps
