Receiving tv programs

I can only get channels 2 - 13 on the tv, even though I have cable tv. I've gone through the steps of being in the tv mode and pressing AUTO to search the channels automatically. Still, it will only go to channel 13. I've tried the up and down arrows and inputing a channel number, but nothing seems to be working. There is nothing else in the manual that addresses this problem. What do I need to do to remedy this?

I had the same problem, and finally pressed the TV/CATV button on my remote, and everything was back to normal.

In the menu theres a channel set up mode. You want to switch from antenna to cable mode, then do an auto search. Then all your cable channels will come in. Your going to need the original remote to go into the correct menu. good Luck
