My combi seems to go on and off all by itself you can hear it click to standby then click again and it comes back on
is there anyway i could disconnect the stanby curcuit and if so would this cure the problem? it seems to happen after the set has been on for about ten minutes please help it is a brilliant picture when it is on and the video is too.

There are two very common problems that occour in this set. First on is a bad capacitor in the stanby power supply in the relay drive b+ circuit. Its getting leaky and soon if this goes bad the set will click on and off by itself when you hit the power button. Next problem could be the str type regulator IC. None of these repairs should be attemted by a non tech as there are no user serviceable parts inside these set. Good Luck

could be a number of things, it could be cycling on the high limit switch, (lack of water flow, or pump) this would be my guess if you are not resetting power and the unit is trying to restart. It also could be the flame sensor not proving ignition. hope this helps!
unit seems to go into protect mode.Theres very little that can be done..There is good chance unit needs to be checked at a repair shop.Try to find one that is authorized for your particular brand if possible
There are two identical IC's I think they are 18 pin more or less about half way up the board on the left side in the power supply. You will know them when you see them. They may be bad. It is a common problem on that model. If this helps let me know.
