I have had my Accu Breck for over 3 years without any problems. Just the last 4 days the number in the squares started to flash. Also when the right bottom button is pressed after the chrono count is stopped, only the second hand (the long one) resets itself to 12 o'clock position, but not the minute or the hour hands. Can you help, does it need a new battery?
Flashing Squares means battery going dead - time to replace. May take up to 3 months to stop.

I had the same problem. I took the watch to the jeweler I'd bought it from and he replaced the battery. The problem disappeared. Now if I could just locate the damned manual so I could reset the watch.

I have the same issue. I took it to the local jewler and they said it might be a setting problem. The LCD display boxes actually still keep date and time, depending which one you pull up, but only the dial in the six o clock position works when you start the chronograph. I have no clue as to why the LCD displays started flashing and the bezel hands didn't stop keeping time until about 3 days after the LCD's started flashing.
Same here, let you know if I track down the glitch
