Konica Minolta Dimage S414

My camera won't works if I turned on the flash option. The orange light keeps blinking at the viewfinder, and after a couple of seconds the camera turns itself off. I got many times the "err" sign on the data panel. I changed to a fresh set of batteries, I changed the memory card to a new empty card. It takes pictures, but the colors are sometimes all blue, or I have other colors in the pictures, but they are not clear. I tried different settings on the camera, nothing changed. I tried set the focus to spot AF, there is no change in picture quality. I also noticed a yellow line at the bottom of the right side of the LCD monitor. It is there in A mode as well, as in M mode. Any suggestion? Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem, I'm guessing that the flash capacitor has died. I'm using the camera for outdoor work only at the moment, when I get desperate I might try taking the top off to see if I can find the capacitor.

I can't take pics outside either. It may work the first 5 frames and then it just focuses.
