Thanks soldierruel for the recent idea to my problem.
Unfortuately it hasny proven succesful, basically my creative zen touch hung on me, i couldnt switch it off, so i hit re-set, now i cant get it to go back on!
After soldierruels great idea i have now found that not only does it not switch on, it doesnt want to charge either!!! When i plug in the charger (let if lie for 24 hours) the blue light to indicate charging doesnt appear and to add injury to insult the only thing that come on the screen is the opening creat o/s scrip.
I fear it may be dead!!! if so does anyone have any comments on possible 20gb+ replacements
Thanks
Iain

I ran the recovery tool with my zen connected to the computer and it changed from being in a docked state to updating firmware, after it had done this it worked fine again.
get the latest drives and firware at creative and try the recovery tools http://www.creative.com/products/mp3/MP3PlayerRecoveryTool/welcome.asp?region=1
Thank you thank you thank you a billion times, you just saved my life (well, at least my zen's).
Did as you said, my Zen Touch 20GB is rebuilding it's library right now. Oh, now it's done. Everything's still there, awesome.
Thank you!
Check the battery voltage if its below 3volts then you will have to rejuvenate it to its original voltage it will work.
Or try to leave it on the charger for a day or so.
